1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of LTCast (the “Software”), published by HAI FANG DESIGN CO., LTD. (海放設計有限公司, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
The Software is proprietary and licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LTCast — including for commercial live productions — subject to these Terms and your active trial or subscription. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, repackage, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the license or trial enforcement of the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Trial and subscriptions
New installations include a 30-day trial of all Pro features. After the trial, Pro features require an active license (7-Day Pass or Annual). Core LTC playback features remain available without a subscription. Prices and plans are listed on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases.
4. Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact us within 14 days of purchase. Promotional or discounted licenses may be non-refundable where stated.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the Software, including compliance with local laws and the licenses of any content you play or distribute. You may not use the Software to infringe third-party rights or to transmit unlawful material.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Live performance is inherently risky; we do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular show-critical purpose. Always test your full signal chain before a performance and keep a backup plan.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAI FANG DESIGN CO., LTD. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost performances, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive (license restrictions, warranty disclaimer, liability limits) continue to apply.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Software evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Questions? Email xypro.ai@gmail.com.
