Privacy Policy

In short: LTCast runs on your machine. We collect the minimum needed to run the free trial and validate licenses — no usage analytics, no tracking, and your audio files, projects, and timecode never leave your computer.

1. What we collect

Trial enforcement. To give each machine one 30-day trial, LTCast derives a hardware fingerprint from your computer (e.g. the system firmware UUID). It is sent to our trial server, where it is irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before storage. We store only the hash and a trial start date — never the raw fingerprint, and nothing that identifies you personally.
License activation. When you activate a Pro license, your license key and a device label (your computer’s hostname and operating system) are sent to our payment/licensing provider to bind the license to your install and enforce seat limits.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They collect your email and billing details to complete the purchase and send your license. We never see or store your full payment information.
Support. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to answer you.

2. What we do not collect

No usage analytics or telemetry — we don’t track how you use the app.
No audio, project files, setlists, cues, or timecode leave your machine.
No advertising identifiers, and we don’t sell or share data with advertisers.

3. Offline operation

After activation, LTCast runs fully offline. A Pro license has a 30-day offline grace period, and the app silently re-validates in the background only when an internet connection is available. The Viewer Mirror feature runs on your local network and is not routed through us.

4. Service providers

Cloudflare — hosts our trial/licensing endpoints and this website.
Lemon Squeezy — payments and license delivery (merchant of record).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Hashed trial fingerprints and license records are kept for as long as needed to run the trial and licensing system. You can ask us to delete records associated with your license or email at any time.

6. Your choices

To request access to or deletion of data associated with you, email xypro.ai@gmail.com. Because the trial fingerprint is stored only as an anonymous hash, deleting a specific trial record may require the same machine to generate the matching fingerprint.
